Instant Sponge Rava Dhokala Recipe..

Ingredients:
1. Fine Sooji(Rava) or semolina2 cup
2. Besan (Gram flour) 1/2 cup
3. Curd 1cup
4. Salt
5. Banking soda
6.turmeric powder
7. Refined oil
8. Green chili 3psc
9. Cumin seeds
10. Muster seeds
11. Curry leave
12. Sugar1/2 tspn

Recipe:
Soak Rava & gram flour in curd for 30 min.
After30 min add salt (as per taste), 1 tbsp oil, finely chopped green chillies, pinch of turmeric powder, 1tbspn sugar, add water to make thick batter (consistency like idali batter),
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now heat 1 tbsp of water in a small pan
After the water is heated add 2tspn of baking soda to batter and pour this hot water on the soda ..and mix the batter in one direction with the wisk for 2-3 min .
Batter will get fluppy..pour the batter in oil grease plate and steam for 15 min on high flame.
The process after mixing soda to the batter should be fast then only you will get the best result.
After 15 min take out plate and wait for 5 min to cool down. 
By the time you can prepare for tadaka.
Heat the tadaka pan add 2 tbsp of oil to the pan,once the oil is heated add muster seeds
cumin seeds, curry leaves wait for 1 min and switch off the gas.
Cut the Dhokala in square pieces and pour this tadaka on it evenly..
You can garnish it with some grated coconut & finely chopped corriender leaves.
Your instant Rava Dhokala is ready to eat.
You can serve this with Green chutney or Red chutney.
